Kenya Parks

Director of Operations

Kenya Parks has served as Director of Operations at Primos Café for over a decade, bringing more than eleven years of hands-on leadership and operational expertise to the organization. Starting her journey as an Associate Manager, Kenya rose through the ranks by consistently demonstrating a deep commitment to excellence, team development, and operational efficiency.

A passionate leader and mentor, Kenya is dedicated to cultivating talent and building high-performing teams. She is the author of CARE: The Key to Exceptional Customer Service, a guiding framework built on the principles of Culture, Attitude, Respect, and Energy. These values are central to her leadership philosophy and are deeply woven into the fabric of Primos’ service culture.

Beyond her work with Primos, Kenya is a dedicated community advocate. She actively serves on multiple boards and leads outreach efforts that empower and uplift those around her. Despite her many accomplishments, she considers her most important role to be that of a mother to her son, Jabari Harden.

Kenya’s leadership reflects a powerful blend of vision, compassion, and purpose, making her an invaluable part of the Primos Café family.

Keith Dale

Area Manager

Keith Dale has been a vital part of the Primos Café family since 2017, bringing with him over 25 years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry. As Area Manager, Keith oversees operations across all three Primos locations, working closely with managers and team members to maintain the welcoming, high-quality dining experience the brand is known for.

Known for his hands-on approach, Keith is deeply involved in day-to-day operations—whether it’s supporting staff, mentoring leaders, or ensuring every guest feels like part of the Primos family. His leadership style emphasizes collaboration, consistency, and a strong dedication to excellence.

Before joining Primos, Keith held General Manager roles at Olive Garden and Biaggi’s, where he honed his skills in hospitality and operations. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Southern Mississippi and an Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts from the Culinary Institute of New Orleans.

A fun fact: Keith earned All-County and All-State honors in both football and baseball during high school—an early reflection of the drive and discipline he brings to his work today. Describing the Primos family as fun, hardworking, and dedicated, Keith embodies the values that continue to move the brand forward.

Drexel Burns

General Manager – Madison

Drexel Burns has been a steadfast member of the Primos family since 2004, bringing over 20 years of quiet dedication and thoughtful leadership to the Madison location. Known for his calm demeanor and strong work ethic, Drexel is a self-proclaimed workaholic who finds fulfillment in serving others and working behind the scenes to make a meaningful impact.

Described by colleagues as kind, compassionate, and fair-minded, Drexel leads with heart and integrity, earning deep respect from both his team and the broader community. A lifelong learner and avid reader, he approaches every challenge with focus and humility.

A fun fact: as a child, Drexel was a musician who once dreamed of starting a band—an early sign of the creativity and passion he brings to everything he does.
